ZAHLEN & FESTIVAL-FACTS
Facts: Motto der 15. NATURE ONE ist „smile is the answer“.
4 Head-Areas (OpenAirFloor, CenturyCircus, House of House, Classic Terminal), 18 Clubs, insgesamt 22 Bühnen.
In 2009 umfasst das genutzte Pydna-Gelände insgesamt ca. 400.000qm. Die Raketenbasis Pydna in Kastellaun/Hunsrück war bis 1987 Stützpunkt der US-Army. Hier lagerten 96 Atomsprengkopfbestückte
„Cruise Missiles“.
LineUp: Über 300 DJs und Live-Acts aus über 25 Nationen.
Technik: Insgesamt über 1.200 Tonnen Ton-, Licht-, Laser- und Videotechnik.
OpenAirFloor: Hier überspannt eine 4-beinige Stahlkonstruktion in Form einer Halbkugel die Tanzfläche. Das 36-Tonnen-Ungetüm hat einen Durchmesser von 46 Metern und ragt 22 Meter in die Höhe. 200
bewegliche Lampen mit 300.000 Watt Leistung und 20 Laser werden Licht-Designer Martin Kuhn und sein Team bei der Veranstaltung ansteuern und zu einer einmaligen Lightshow formieren. Sieben
Kilometer Kabel vernetzen im Century Circus 70 Moving-Lights, fünf Großprojektionen und 16 LCD Displays. Im House of House gibt es eine gigantische Glühlichtmatrix, mit 1.500 einzeln ansteuerbaren Glühbirnen. Die sogenannten Big-Lights auf dem Classic Terminal schießen ihre Strahlen bis zu 500 Meter hoch in den Himmel.
Strom: Etwa 35 Kilometer Stromkabel und 150 Stromverteiler stellen die Versorgung sicher.
Camping: 120 Hektar Wiesen und Felder. An 20 Dusch- & Wasserstationen werden 600.000 Liter Wasser verbraucht. Die Campingparzellen werden mit 3 Kilometer Absperrgitter abgegrenzt. Das Camping-Village
wird mit 140.000 Watt Gesamtleistung beleuchtet. Erstmals wird in diesem Jahr ein Müllpfand bei den Campern erhoben.
Mitarbeiter: Insgesamt sorgen über 2.000 Mitarbeiter für den reibungslosen Ablauf von NATURE ONE, 400 davon allein im Camping-Village.

Facts: Motto of the 15th NATURE ONE is “smile is the answer”
4 Head Areas (OpenAirFloor, CenturyCircus, House of House, Classic Terminal), 18 Clubs, altogether 22 stages.
This year the event covers an area at Pydna of approx. 400,000 sq. m. The Pydna missile base in Kastellaun/Hunsrück was a US Army base up until 1987. 96 nuclear-tipped “cruise missiles” were stationed here.
Line-up: More than 300 DJs and live acts from over 25 nations.
Systems: Over 1,200 tonnes of sound, lighting, laser and video equipment.
OpenAirFloor: a hemispherical, four-legged steel construction spans the dance floor. The 36-tonne colossus has a diameter of 46 metres and rises up 22 metres. Lighting wizard Martin Kuhn and his team will
be in control of 200 moveable lamps with 300,000 watts of power and also 20 lasers, and will create a unique light show. Seven kilometres of cabling link up 70 moving lights, five large projections and 16 LCD
displays in the Century Circus. In the House of House there is a gigantic incandescent light matrix boasting 1,500 individually selectable light bulbs. The so-called “big lights” in the Classic Terminal shoot their
beams up to 500 metres into the sky.
Power: Some 35 kilometres of electric cables and 150 power distributors provide the electrical power needed.
Camping: 120 hectares of fields and meadows. 600,000 litres of water will flow through 20 showering and water points. The fencing around the camping areas stretches for 3 kilometres. The Camping Village is
illuminated with a total of 140,000 watts of power. A waste deposit will be collected from the campers for the first time this year.
Staff: A staff of over 2,000 will be on site to ensure everything goes off smoothly at NATURE ONE, 400 in the Camping Village alone.
